I almost always get dizzy when i stand but this time my chest became tight and my head very heavy what is causing this?

Slow down!: Whatever "dizzy" means (& i don't have a clue), the other two symptoms suggest you are moving upward faster than your heart can pump blood up to your brain. If chest tightness occurs at other times, then you may have a different (& possibly more severe) circulatory problem.
