Short of breath: What is your peak flow, that is simple to check, if it is > 300-350 you are usually breathing enough air ( optimal ~450). You may have an infection like mycoplasma which is indolent and can cause cough responds to zithromax ( if not allergic) ,or post nasal drip wtihout runny nose( responds to elevated head of bed(HOB) ,antihistamines), or reflux (elevated HOB, prevecid/ zantac) Discuss with doc
