Exam needed: These symptoms could indicate pleurisy and pneumonia as part of a viral infection. I recommend that you be examined by a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Depending upon physical findings, a chest X-Ray as well as some blood tests may be ordered. In the meantime, take in adequate fluids to avoid dehydration. Tylenol should give pain relief.
