See doctor: It could be several different things---bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma (or a combination), depending on your history. You need to be seen and given appropriate treatment, since even untreated asthma can be life-threatening.

I don't know: It's something i might be able to diagnose if i could take more history, examine you and maybe get a few other tests, but nobody can or should try to diagnose you on an internet site. This is not a place to get healthcare. It's a good place for some ?S like, what is asthma, or what is bronchitis, but an appropriate place not to be treated for these things.
