21 hydroxylase AB: An addisonian crisis is when your body is in shock from adrenal insufficiency. To diagnosis addison's disease, the combination of blood tests for electrolytes, glucose, 21 hydroxylase antibodies, and a high dose acth stimulation test would help make or reject the diagnosis.
