I HIGHLY doubt it: Giving a firm 100% black & white answer is almost NEVER possible so to be more sure of the best answer can you SPECIFY exactly what type of psychotic episode, how severe, how prolonged, & did it resolve? Otherwise, the BEST answer is what I placed above...HIGHLY DOUBTFUL. In fact, medications to treat such psychoses are probably worse for cognition than the psychoses themselves.
