Possibly.: The binaural beats can help create a condition of peace and harmony. Both elements are important to allow the brain to function better cognitively, i.e., thinking and memory. I am unaware of any randomized control studies, but an uncontrolled pilot did demonstrate effectiveness.

Binaural beats: binaural beats were first described in the early 1800s. The science of whether they can help with cognitive functions are still under investigation. Some one more experienced in alternative medicine may be able to give you a better answer
