See orthopedic Dr.: Hard to say. Could be many causes- herniate disk, pinched nerve, muscular strain, etc. See a Dr. to get answers asap rather than trying to wait it out or doctoring yourself

Several thoughts: There are many causes of back pain. Without a detailed history and exam it's not possible to arrive at a diagnosis. But the burning nature of your pain suggests nerve pain. Most likely cause would be a herniated or bulging disc pressing on a nerve, or arthritis contributing to pressure on a nerve.
