Change Work Station: It sounds like your work station is not ergonomically fit to your needs. This means that the way your sit and work at your desk is probably not a healthy position for your back. Look up work ergonomics on the internet and ask your employer to make adjustments to help you avoid discomfort and become more productive. Also take time daily to stretch as this can help as well.
