Is this new 2day?: I wonder if you might have a perforation of the vaginal wall and conection with the rectum. This is something that should be checked out right away. Have you recently had vaginal or rectal trauma? Colonoscopy? Either way Have a pelvic exam done today. Call your primary doc, let them know this is happening. If you have no doctor you need to visit the ER. This isn't normal, and needs to be checked.

See a doctor: there are many reasons you may be bleeding ranging from relatively harmless things such as benign polyps, to hematologic disorders to malignancies. You need to get a workup in person for a diagnosis.
