Depends: Why was the hysterectomy done? If for benign reasons, most likely reason is also benigh - vaginal atrophy. If you had cancer or pre-cancer as the reason for hysterectomy, then you need to be checked right away. Either way, get to your gyn and let him/her get answers for you! good luck!
