Adhesions: can be repaired surgically in most cases. whether you need it depends on what the problem is: for pain or fertility purposes surgery may be advised, otherwise there may not be any reason to address it.

No pain no gain: If there is no pain associated with the adhesions and you are not actively trying to conceive, then sometimes leaving well enough alone is the best option as adhesions can re-form post lysis surgery .If you are attempting pregnancy, the Fallopian tubes get bound by the adhesions and preventing the fertilized egg from transporting to the uterus raising the risk of ectopic pregnancies=surgery.
