Definitely: All your symptoms may be created by a sinus infection. But some of the symptoms may be related to other sources that can create sinus-like symptoms. Get to a Dr. asap

Yes: An infection in the sinus can have a wide effect on how you feel and cause all the symptoms listed above. I would schedule an appointment with your doctor to be evaluates. Simple nasal congestion or allergies can be the culprit as well.
