A little?..: If it was just a little bit and you are certain this is neosporin it should cause no harm. However, if it was a significant amount or mixed with something else either you should take her to the emergency department for evaluation or call the emergency service in your country for poison control( not that neosporin is a poison). In the US this is the place to call when accidental ingestion occurs.
