One pathologist views cell under microscope and says malignant; another views and says not malignant. a third chooses to defer to another md. why?

Uncertainty: Unfortunately, medicine is not always black and white. It sounds like it is not obvious whether this is malignant and the third doctor is uncertain and feels a more experienced doctor might be better qualified to make this diagnosis.
