Mets,,,: This likely means the primary tumor is/was small and possibly necrosed/died or it is still there, just not picked up. At any rate, positive lymph nodes mean that this is likely stage ii and may need chemotherapy, but still has a good survival rate (>65%). Good luck.

Not unusual: Cancers can present with an occult primary tumor. This means the primary tumor is too small to be detected with he x-rays and scan that we commonly use but these tests can only detect tumors that are larger than 5 millimeters. So it is likely you have occult primary tumor in your breast. This will require an axillary lymph node dissection(removal of all armpit nodes), followed by chemotherapy/xrt.
