Sore throat: May have reflux, food allergies , environmental allergies with post nasal drip or mononucleosis, rarely thyroid disease. Would raise head of bed while sleeping consider trial of antihistamine before bed and /or Zantac/ Prevecid. for reflux.. Follow up with allergist, consider thyroid studies including ultrasound
