Doctor's advice: When someone is pregnant the main idea is the child. Do what the doctor tells you. I am not sure anyone would operate on you now. When you are not pregnant the chances of having these type of cyst are less. I would take a conservative approach until after delivery. Best wishes.

Ruptured: If your Bartholin's cyst developed into an abscess and ruptured the surgical drainage is no longer needed. The treatment is antibiotics.
