High calcium: Can cause abdominal/stomach pain. Cancers, among others, may cause high calcium. Given your age and your symptoms as well as meds I feel this is most likely related to an endocrine condition/ drug induced.. See your doctor tomorrow as scheduled.

NO: A high calcium level will not cause cancer, but cancer can cause high calcium levels. At 33 the odds of stomach cancer are low unless you are or were an alcoholic, or had a bad smoking history, or family history etc. Get the evaluation you deserve and maybe some testing if deemed necessary by the Dr. to diagnose your stomach pain issues.
