Possibly ulnar nerve: injury... You hit your inside elbow where the ulnar nerve passes through the ulnar groove in the medial epicondyle. Get an electromyogram/nerve conduction studies (EMG/NCS) to assess for type and extent of any ulnar nerve damage. Your primary care physician should be able to refer you for this test. Based on findings, a treatment plan and prognosis can be made.

Time for Ortho eval: See the Orthopedic Dr. for a full exam of the area and get an MRI and EMG and any testing they feel necessary to get the issue assessed and treated.
