We have case , femal patien , age 60 years, the TSH less than 0.05 while T4 in normal range , and she has not any symptom of thyroidism , is it ok ?
Have Hashimotos thyroid for 16 years. Thyroid blood work just came back TSH 2.82 which is normal for me on 100 mcgs synthroid but free T4 was slightly elevated at 1.48 with range being .8-1.40. What could this mean?
Son,35,had CBC, & Thyroid was off -TSH was 4.76 (high) & T4 was 1.2 (normal range)-does he need treatment for this? My doc did not give him anything, could this happen from stress? Could it go back on its own? All other results were normal/in range?
Thyroid meds needed or re test? exhausted. Free T4 always normal. TPO AB OK but high in past. TSH usually 2.5-4.3. first time over lab range at 5.5.
If my tsh low, t3 (liothyronine) and t4 is normal, is it hypo or hyper thyroidism? Should I take iodine? Ultra sound is normal, without pathology.
