Normal: Do you have any old TSH levels to compare this to? It could be a significant change from before, even though it's normal. Is the free t3 (liothyronine) within the lab's reference range? Sometimes, when people have all the symptoms of a thyroid problem, but normal tsh/t4/t3 (liothyronine), i check anti-thyroid antibody levels.

TSH is normal: Tsh of 1.98 is normal. Ft4 of 1.98 ng/dl is normal ft3 of 2.98 is low.

Inconsistent info: If your TSH is 1.98, it is in the normal range. T3 (liothyronine) of 2.98 without units is not interpretable. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. See this site for info on t3 (liothyronine). http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003687.htm.
