Rhynophyma, Rosacea?: You may have a common condition called rosacea, with rhinophyma. Rhinophyma, usually in middle-aged men, has prominent pores & thickened skin over the nose. It is associated with rosacea, usually in young middle-aged women with fair skin, that has facial skin redness with small, red pus-filled bumps. You should see a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and treatment options.

Unlikely: Unless your are constantly tugging at it (tissue expansion) it is unlikely that rubbing your nose would cause drooping

Plastic surgeon: Before you develop a complex about your nose, have an evaluation by a plastic surgeon as he/she would be best qualified to advise you about your concern.
