i have no gyno but puffy nipples since puberty. i'm a bodybuilder and weight is 68 kg. i feel there's hollowness under my areola. is it fat?

Get examined: Describing your areole can help only so much, but an exam will give the most information. It is likely this is connective tissue and glandular subcutaneous structures, but have a doctor or nurse practitioner weigh in on this with a physical exam, and go from there
