Hey doc, i'm a male 19y/o and have seen that i have puffy nipples. i dont have much chest fat and my bmi says i'm normal. when it's cold my nipples get nice and hard but later on it gets puffy. is this because i'm going thru puberty(im a late bloomer?

Nipples, both female and male, occur in a variety of sizes and shapes. The fact that your nipples get "nice and hard" due to exposure to cold is normal. Puberty suggests penile enlargement and origin of facial and pubic hair.Nipples are generally not a sign of delayed maturity. Age19 is within the range of puberty, but if you fail to have signs of puberty, I would see a trusted physician.
