Can hydrocortisone help get rid of puffy nipples? i don't think i have gyno; there's nothing hard behind the nipple. i have about 12-15% body fat.

Unlikely to help: At 30, i would first have your doc rule out an abnormal cause of the issue. Once they have excludes such a problem ( which could be very foreboding) a consultation with a plastic surgeon with experience in male breast surgery.
