Cough/scapula pain: May be asthma w/ or w/o infection, mycoplasma infection with costochonditis, rare infection(PCP)if immunocompromised , gastritis and or H pylori with reflux to lungs can cause cough /back pain. Rarely may be autoimmune (sarcoid), PE or clot in lung especially if on BCP,recent travel, cancer, limited movement and family history of early stroke, check d-dimer. Follow up with urgent care/ doctor.

What could cause dull pain in center of chest? Saw cardiologist had stress test, cardiac ct, and echo... all ok. Also saw pulmonologist... lungs ok.
