6 mon ago chest ct ok.now short breath w efort wleft sholder blade hand pain w mild cough no weezng as per pulmonogist .nonsmoker.cardiac test ok??

Cough/scapula pain: May be asthma w/ or w/o infection, mycoplasma infection with costochonditis, rare infection(PCP)if immunocompromised , gastritis and or H pylori with reflux to lungs can cause cough /back pain. Rarely may be autoimmune (sarcoid), PE or clot in lung especially if on BCP,recent travel, cancer, limited movement and family history of early stroke, check d-dimer. Follow up with urgent care/ doctor.
