SOB lying flat: Recent cold? or have another medical condition like HTN,DM, autoimmune disease, lyme,coxsackie? d-dimer normal?Did CT check for PE? BNP level ?ankle swelling? What was pulm pressure?asthma?Rare heart failure with normal ejection fraction.
