Hey, i just found these weird bumps on my arm and am not sure if they are hives or bed bug bites, but i've never come in contact with bed bugs?

Depends: on what your bumps look like. Hives tend to be slighltly asymmetric and in various shapes and sizes, often resolve slowly on their own and are itchy. Bed bug bites are smaller itchy red spots that are all the same size and shape, and are often in a row of 3, the so-called "breakfast, lunch, dinner sign.They only bite at night and then hide out of sight, so no one really is aware of any contact.
