Why?: did she take them? If prescribed then OK. 12.5 mg prednisone will not hurt her but if she took them without a prescription she should be seen by a doctor soon to discover why she took them. Prednisone: Why did she take the prednisone? Was this a possible suicide attempt? If so, she needs psychiatric help. Otherwise, she get a headache, possible high blood pressure, flushing of the face, nausea, stomach pains and a variety of other problems Fortunately these symptoms are transient.
