Ahh...: adrenal glands atrophied or decreased in function due to the steroids. cannot say in your particular case, but generally, if there is low bp after a long time on high steroids, the normal steroid secretion isn't happening. May need to take some non-prednisone medicines to compensate for that. Neeeds close endocrinologist attention.
