Pneumonia: Hi,to diagnose Pneumonia one needs to have symptoms plus CXR finding, therefore a CXR alone is not diagnostic for Pneumonia, also Bronchospasm is diagnosed from the symptoms and the examination signs, and acute Bronchitis is a clinical diagnosis, if you are having symptoms you should see ur provider for further assessment.
