Concerning..: If you are having chest pain with those diagnoses, and aren't better after treatment, you should be seen right away. I would suggest going to the er if you can't get ahold of your doctor.

Possibly: Typically, the pain caused by respiratory infection is worse with deep breath and cough. If yours meets those criteria, then it's likely related. If you have aspiration pneumonia, the question becomes, "why did you aspirate?" if you continue to aspirate, the antibiotics have an uphill battle.
