I've had nasal dryness for about 6 months now, every day! is this something i should be concerned about? could this be a serious issue?

This depends...: Do you live in a dry climate? Do you also have dry mouth and eyes? Have you developed erosions In The nasal mucosa due to this dryness? Do you have a family history of autoimmune disease, and Sjogren's in particular? Trouble chewing and swallowing food without drinking water? Do you use any medications that cause dryness? This may be something serious or harmless. See a doc and find out.

Dry nose: You should see an ENT doctor to evaluate your condition. Did you have pervious nasal surgery or using nasal spray for allergy? Saline nasal gel spray may help.
