I had a cold for about a week, began to feel much better for a few daydays, and now i have a cold again.(i used nasal spray to clear me up every day)?

How severe?: If your symptoms are mild it is probably fine to continue to treat symptomatically. I would avoid using a nasal decongestant spray (afrin or similar) for more than 3-4 days in a row. Nasal saline spray (salt water) would be fine. If your symptoms are moderate-severe then you may have a sinus infection and might need an antibiotic.
