NO: Get an ENT exam and switch to another nasal cortisone ( steroid spray) Flonase or Nasonex or budesonide. Ask about a daily allergic inhibitor ( Singular) and a daily oral antihistamine ( Zyrtec Xyzal or Claritin. You will need allergy testing and CT of sinuses as well as nasal endoscopy

Sinus: Sinus problems can be frustrating. Rhinocort is a type of steroid spray. Other sprays should work, however you may need to take an extra spray. For example Flonase can be prescribed as one spray, but I find it is rarely effective. Do basics too-nasal saline frequently. An ENT can do surgery to open the sinus passage. Dietary and environmental issues a possible factor.
