Not being as: skilled as you desire in basketball in no way means that you are cognitively impaired. Getting coached can point out problems with techniques and help to build your skill set. Take care.

Set goals: I would say that this depends on your goals? Are you playing basketball for general fitness? or do you have other aspirations? Basketball is definitely a strategic game requiring thought and foresight. I cannot see your location at the moment, but here in the US lots of coaching happens in order to play at an elite level.
