Get checked: It is possible that playing a lot of golf could have led to either a muscular or nerve damage. I would advise getting thorough check up including muscular and nerve assessment preferably with an orthopedic doctor this may include an EMG study which would evaluate for nerve damage including perhaps an assessment of nerve impingement and or bony damage with X-rays.

I agree: Repetitive motion on joints can lead to injury. Take some anti-inflammatories and stop playing for a week to 10 days. If the problem persists, see a sports medicine doctor.
