R/o neck spine disea: Cervical spine disease can cause posture related changes in terms of neuropathy. Also few other conditions - thoracic inlet syndrome with compression of the nerve roots, cervical ribs - a condition in which extensions of the sides of neck spine from the 7 th cervical(neck spine) in the form of ribs can come to the front of lower neck and compress nerve roots and can cause pr. symptoms like yours.
