Can epidemoid cyst turn in to cancer over time?

Very unlikely: Nothing is impossible but epidermoid cysts usually do not turn into cancer. However that does mean that the cysts are harmless. A cyst can keep growing and press on the adjacent structures. The cyst may rupture and local inflammatory reaction. It would be prudent to have it removed.
