My body temp is around 99.2-98.8 during the day. from about 10 pm to 1 am it is 99.1. is this normal?

YES.: While there might be a diurnal variation in body temp, (lower when you first wake up and higher late in the day) all of your values are normal. The range of variation you notice (98,8-99.2 F or 37.1-37.3 C) is less than 1% which is within the range of error of virtually all thermometers, whether digital or analogue.
