Call in sick & sleep: If you don't have an NSAID/aspirin allergy, you can alternate Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Ibuprofen or naproxen. Go with bottle dosing unless you can get your doc to give you prescription dosing. Will help with both fever control & aches. Nausea - that's tricky. May be better or worse on an empty stomach, so go halfway. Nurse some ginger ale & try to keep down saltines, graduate to clears like soup or jello.

Rest: You've probably got the "virus of the week" in your area. I would stay home and rest if you can, drink plenty of fluids, take ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) for the pain and eat bland foods until the symptom improve. If you develop a high fever, cough and sore throat, get tested for Influenza at your doctors or urgent care.
