Neonate 27week gestational age .weight 0.800kg .when can we give feeding by ngt milk.baby stable vital sign?

Arround 1 kg: ItLet the baby start gaining weight on parental nutrition to be 1kg and he is about 30 weeks in gestation , that will be safe time to start NGT with milk . Still small hourly feed or continuous NG feeding to be done in the beginning .Stil lyou have to keep watch on vital signs and specially on abdominal distension and bowel movement or vomiting as there is chance of getting gut problem .

Feeds must be started slowly and carefully under the guidance of a neonatalogist. There is no general time frame as to when and how feeds are to be started as each baby is unique.
