My tsh with reflex was 0.011 - does this mean i need more synthroid (thyroxine) or less. i had my gland removed several years ago. i currently take 112 mcg synthr?

Synthroid (thyroxine) dosage: The low TSH usually means that you need less thyroid supplementation. The caveat is that your doctor may be suppressing your TSH with higher synthroid (thyroxine) dosing for other reasons eg if there was worry of thyroid cancer etc. Please check with the prescribing physician.
