Yes, the first days: after the time change may be difficult, but now you should be able to keep bedtime at the same time as before the time change. The total number of hours sleeping per night shouldn't change much. You should keep a log of sleep, nap, and feeding times for a week and then bring in to discuss with your pediatrician on the best ways to improve sleep. It may also be an issue of hunger for the 3am wake.

Alter Schedule: You may try to keep him active and busy a little longer. Try to get him an afternoon nap and then try to prolong his wake time upto 8 PM. It may be helpful to do activities that he likes and is interested in so he is able to stay awake happy
