Slow and Steady: Weight loss can be a challenge but on the positive side with you are close to a targeted normal weight. Your bmi is close to normal; I would advise a balanced diet that doesn't eliminate major food groups unless you are vegan/vegetarian. Also any wt you lose with radical calorie reduction you are likely to regain.
