Hard to do so: One can "assume/guess" it is endometriosis, but you can only be sure via laparoscopy.

No: #endometriosis is a curious disorder without proven cause, and commonly used treatments are speculative. Pelvic and operative interventions commonly cause pelvic and abdominal organ (intestine) adhesions resulting in tethered, twisted, and constricted intestine; a set-up for ibs-like symptoms. Women with joint hypermobility syndrome (see brighton criteria) have terrible menstrual pains.
