Shingles vaccine: Shingles, or herpes zoster, usually comes out at times of stress-that's when the body is busy with something, and the virus which lives in all people who have had chickenpox comes out for a little party. A) I would want to know if truly u had shingles. B) wonder if there's anything 'correctable' with your immune system. C) Vaccine would help, but there are issues to discuss since it's a 'live vax'
