Lymph node: Thats a lymph node likely. Any infections around the base of the neck, arm and shoulder will drain into a complex network of filtering glands there called a lymph node. In general there is nothing to worry about. More serious conditions such as hydradinitis supportive and lymphoma can not be ruled out yet but its important to keep an open mind as not to miss diagnoses.

Need to be seen: I would suspect there that you have an infected cyst in the arm pit. You will need to followup with your health care provider and determine the best course of treatment
