can a strained muscle in shoulder cause a soft lump near armpit with ap/breast pain. the lump feels like it moves is not rock hard and is near rib. ?

As long as you-: -have negative mammograms, it's most likely a lymph node. A strained muscle would cause pain, with a sudden onset.
